The firm's objective is to provide our clients with a personalized professional service, to develop well executed projects and to fulfill our client's needs while respecting the budget limitations on the project. Eric Cebula is personally involved and committed from the start of a project to the finish.



PROJECT EXPERIENCE


Ec,a Architecture, PC has completed more than 300 hundred projects in over 80 healthcare facilities since 2002. Many of these projects include imaging and radiology related equipment for Angio, EP & Cath Labs, Nuclear Cameras, MRI, CT, Linear Accelerators, R&F and Rad Rooms.  We have engaged in design bid, design build, negotiated contracts and turnkey on these imagining projects. We have turnkey relationships with GE, Philips, Siemens, Toshiba and Varian Medical Equipment.  Ec,a Architecture understands that relationships are the cornerstones of good business and we trust in this foundation for the successful completions of projects.  We are very familiar with Regulatory requirements for these types of spaces and have good relationships with DFS, DHEC and other local authorities

Ec,a has also completed more than 70 projects in over 50 Medical Clinics since 2002.  Some of these projects are equipment replacement, while many are designs of new centers and re-design of existing centers, ranging in size of 4,000 sf to more than 12,000 sf.  We have a reputation in Healthcare for delivering reasonably priced drawings under tight project schedules. 

We have completed a variety of medical projects: a café, dietary renovations, emergency departments, new entry/drop-off for rehabilitation building, a pharmacy, central sterile supply, pathology labs, recovery suites, doctor's offices, medical billing and scheduling centers, outpatient clinics, sleep centers, mobile MRI and a variety of radiology suites.

Ec,a Architecture has been the architect on several larger Commercial Projects--65,000 sf FedEx Freight project with 7800 sf of upfit for offices.  We have done several Concrete Tilt projects, which include a 61,500 sf Papa Johns Dough Factory and 100,000 sf Distribution Center for RSI.  We have partnered with several of the large developers for the successful completion of these projects in Charlotte and the surrounding communities.

Ec,a Architecture, PC is a registered architectural firm in NC, SC, GA, VA, WV, and TN. Ec,a has valued skills, an ability to work with technical personnel, medical teams and senior management.  We have a working knowledge with Building Codes, Zoning, NFPA, Life Safety and the UL handbook which is used in the design development and construction documents.  Cost projections, developing project schedules, infection control, life safety, government regulations and inspections, phasing construction and mobile equipment are all a part of the Architect's role on many hospital projects.  Eric J Cebula, President of Ec,a Architecture, is NCARB certified and a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). He received his degrees from Georgia Institute of Technology; both a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Architecture.
